A version of a favourite tipple from ” Nigella Bites” by Nigella Lawson. To make your own chilli vodka steep dried chilli peppers in a bottle of vodka for a few days. You could also use Horseradish Vodka as an alternative to the Chilli Vodka.
Ingredients
- 300 ml chilli vodka or vodka with a few splashes tabasco
- a splash dry sherry
- 600 ml tomato juice chilled
- juice of 1/4-1/2 lemon to taste
- a few shakes celery salt
- a few dashes Worcestershire sauce
- a good sprinkling sea salt to taste
- celery stick or two

Instructions
- Pour all the ingredients except for the celery sticks into a jug and use a celery stick to stir then leave in the jug. Serve over ice if you have it.
