These can just be eaten with your fingers or served alongside a green salad and perhaps some new potatoes.
Ingredients
- 6 large free range chicken drumsticks
- olive oil
- 1 heaped tbsp clear honey
- 1 medium orange
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 C Gas 6. Spread the chicken drumsticks in a small roasting tin and drizzle over a little oil to moisten the drumsticks all over. Add the honey .
- Cut the orange in half and slice one half thickly. Sqeeze the remaining half over the chicken. Tuck the slices and the orange shell under the chicken. Season.
- Roast in the oven for 50 minutes to an hour, turning once or twice.
- Enjoy.
