The last of the trio of Tortilla Crostinis from ” Nigella Christmas” by Nigella Lawson. This makes about 100 Crostini. The cheese mixture can be made the day before, covered and refrigerated. Remove about 20 minutes before using to allow to soften and spread just before serving.
Ingredients
- 350 g cream cheese preferably organic
- 125 ml souir cream
- 2 tsps sweet or mild paprika
- 30 g red sl;iced jalapenos very finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 x 200g packet chilli tortilla chips

- Mix together the cream cheese and sour cream. Add the paprika, chopped jalapenos and Worcestershire sauce and combine well.
- Just before serving use a teaspoon to lightly dab the spread on the chips. Serve on a platter.
