Ingredients
- 4 duck breasts trimmed
- 1/2 tsp chinese five spice powder
RELISH
- 1 small fresh hot red chilli deseeded and finely chopped
- 3 tbsps fresh coriander finely chopped
- 2 tbsps lime juice
- 2 ripe nectarines stoned and neatly diced
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 8 oz fresh blackberries
- caster sugar to taste

Instructions
- Put the chilli and coriander into a small mixing bowl with the lime juice. Add the prepared nectarines. Season to taste and add the blackberries. Sweeten if needed. Set aside.
- Add some seasoning to the five spice powder. Lightly score the duck fat into diamonds and rub the breasts all over with the spices mixture.
- Cook the duck breasts by your preferred method.
- Serve immediately with the blackberry relish.
