
A simple but tasty side dish when green beans are in season. The recipe is from ” Dominique’s Kitchen ” by Dominique Woolf.
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan or wok over a high heat. Once hot, add the beans and a good pinch of sea salt flakes, and cook the beans until nicely charred, tossing occasionally.
- When the beans are nearly done add the garlic and stir fry for another minute or so until the garlic starts to become golden, adding a little more oil if the garlic seems likely to burn. Serve immediately.
