Ingredients
- 250 g fine green beans
- 30 g butter
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 small garlic clove peeled and crushed
- 1/2-1 tsp ground cumin
- chopped fresh coriander
- sea salt and black pepper

Instructions
- Cook the beans in salted water until almost done but still slightly al dente. Drain well.
- Shortly before serving melt the butter in a saucepan and add the beans and all the remaining ingredients. Stir over a medium heat until the tomato has softened and collapsed.
- Taste and adjust seasonings and serve.
