Instructions
  1. Cook the beans in salted water until almost done but still slightly al dente. Drain well.
  2. Shortly before serving melt the butter in a saucepan and add the beans and all the remaining ingredients. Stir over a medium heat until the tomato has softened and collapsed.
  3. Taste and adjust seasonings and serve.
