Ingredients
- 1 ripe ripe avocado
- 1 ripe banana
- 80 g green seedless grapes
- 80 g baby spinach
- 1 tsp chia seeds

Instructions
- Put the avocado, banana, grapes and spinach in a blender with 400 ml water. Process until smooth and thick.
- Add the chia seeds and pulse until blended. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
