Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocadoes
- 2 firm ripe tomatoes
- 2 small fresh green chillies deseeded
- 2 tbsps chopped coriander leaves
- juice of a lime
- 1 tbsp sweet red onion chopped finely

Instructions
- Peel the avocado and chop the flesh into 1/4 " dice. Chop the tomato into 1/4 2 dice too.
- Chop the chilli finely and toss with the avocado and tomato.
- Add the coriander, lime juice and onion and mix together gently.
- Chill lightly and serve as preferred.
