A recipe from Jamie Oliver to rub generously over meat before grilling or BBQ.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsps fennel seeds
- 2 tbsps cumin seeds
- 2 tbsps coriander seeds
- 1/2 tbsp fenugreek seeds
- 1/2 tbsp black peppercorns
- 1 clove
- 1/2 a cinnamon stick
- 2 cardamon pods
- sea salt and black pepper

Instructions
- Lightly toast all the ingredients in a dry frying pan over a gentle heat then pound or crush into a fine powder.
