Ingredients
- 1 small honeydew melon
- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 2 fresh mangoes peeled and sliced
- 2 oranges peeled and segmented
- a few green and black grapes deseeded if necessary
- 2 tbsps sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- juice of a lime
- mint leaves to decorate

Instructions
- Cut the melon into 1 inch pieces or scoop the flesh into balls. Slice the bananas diagonally.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a glass serving dish and decorate with mint leaves. Chill thoroughly before serving.
