As soon as I saw this recipe I knew I had to try it. I would never have thought of pairing Marmite with cauliflower but I can assure you it works. A delicious snack or supper from Nigel Slater’s ” Greenfeast:autumn, winter” . You could also use Shropshire Blue or Stichelton cheese, but leave out the mustard and add a little more cream .
