This can be served as a Tapas, starter or light meal and is another recipe from ” Casa Moro” by Sam and Sam Clark. You can replace the clams with small mussels if you like.

Sausages with Guinness Gravy (4)
This recipe from Fiona Beckett is best made with high quality Cumberland sausages or some plain Italian Sausages. You will end up with a dark sticky onion gravy. And you will want to serve some mash alongside- potato, a mixed root vegetable mash or Colcannon perhaps. You can use other dark beers instead of the Guinness if you like.
Riverford Romanesco Pasta (2)
Romanesco cauliflower is described as tasting like a cross between broccoli and cauliflower but with a nuttier flavour. This is my adaptation of a recipe provided by the Riverford Organic Box scheme which operates in the UK.Its also good with purple sprouting broccoli instead of the romanesco. The original recipe can also be found online if preferred.
