Red Cabbage, Pear and Blackberry Salad (6)

I have served it to accompany sausages and smoked duck breast , but it would go well with many things. I couldn’t always get blackberries, so have used sable grapes as an alternative and it worked well too.
Lemongrass Chicken with Green Mango Salad (4)
Sprout, Apple and Celeriac Slaw (4-8)
Ful Medames (4)
A spicy bean stew which is often eaten for breakfast throughout the Middle East and North Africa.
