Chicken in Lemon and Caper Sauce (4) Reply A very good combination which I found in ” Gino’s Italian Express” by Gino D’Acampo. If you like the chicken could be replaced with veal. Serve with potatoes or rice, and a green vegetable or side salad.
Taramasalata (6-8) Reply This easy light and tasty Geek appetiser is from Trish Hillferty’s ” Lobster and Chips”. Serve as part of a mezze with some hot pitta bread.
Greek Salad, Pelion Style (4) Reply A favourite version of Greek Salad from Chris and Carolyn Caldicott’s ” The Spice Routes”.
Rojak (4-6) Reply One of my favourite versions of the Malaysian salad known as Rojak, this is from ” Malaysian Cookery” by Rafi Fernandez 1985.
