Instructions
  1. Grate beetroot coarsely into a salad bowl and add the garlic.
  2. Set aside a few walnut halves. Chop the rest finely and add to the salad.
  3. Mix together well and add enough mayonnaise to bind everything into a creamy salad.
  4. Season with salt and decorate with the remaining walnut halves.
