  1. Trim the spring onion and cut it crosswise into very fine rounds- you only need 1 tbsp.
  2. Combine the garlic, 1 tbsp spring onion, soy, vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, sesame seeds and chilli powder in a small serving bowl and mix well.
