This recipe for a fresh chutney is from ” Raika” by Romy Gill.
Ingredients
- 50 g fresh mint leaves chopped
- 50 g fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 1 small green cooking apple peeled, cored and chopped
- 4 spring onions chopped
- 2 small green chillies chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp caster sugar
- juice of a lime
- 2 tsps rapeseed oil
Servings:
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients together and blend in a food processor until smooth.
- Transfer to a sterilised jar and keep in the fridge.
