  1. Wipe the mushrooms with a wet cloth and cut into 1/4 inch slices.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium high flame. When very hot put in the mushrooms. Stir and fry for about 2 minutes.
  3. Add all the other ingredients then stir and cook until the tomatoes are soft.
