This is from Ken Hom’s ” Quick and Easy Chinese Cookery”.
Ingredients
- 1 lb frozen peas thawed
- 1 tbsp goundnut oil
- 2 tbsps finely chopped fresh coriander
- 2 tbsps finely chopped spring onions
- 2 tsps finely chopped garlic
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tsps sesame oil

Instructions
- Heat a wok then add the oil. Add the defrosted peas and stir fry for 30 seconds.
- Add the coriander, spring onions, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper and stir fry for 3 minutes.
- Add the sesame oil and give the mixture a final stir. Serve immediately.
