An iconic dish from ” The Little Swedish Kitchen” by Rachel Khoo.
Ingredients
- 6 slices pumpernickel bread
- soft butter to spread
- 150 g small cooked prawns
- 1 heaped tbsp good-quality mayonnaise
- 1 heaped tbsp creme fraiche
- 1/4 tsp dijon mustard
- a pinch White pepper
- 1 tsp finely chopped fresh dill
- 80 g Kalix Caviar
- 2 tbsps finely chopped fresh chives

Instructions
- Toast the bread and butter generously.
- Mix together all the other ingredients apart from the caviar and a tablespoon of the chives. Leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
- Divide the mix between the toast and top with the caviar and the remaining chives. Serve immediately.
