Start to prepare the night before you want to eat. Mix the oats, apple juice and milk or water with half the almonds in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate.
When you are ready for breakfast coarsely grate the apples, avoiding the cores, and fold into the oat mixture.
Now, do your own thing with your breakfast. Add milk or yoghurt, a spoonful of the remaining almonds, seeds , berries, apple or honey to sweeten.
