Parboil the potatoes in their skins in salted water for about 5 minutes. When cool enough to handle peel and cut into thick chunky slices.
In a large frying pan melt the butter and fry the potatoes until lightly golden. Grate over some nutmeg, squeeze over some lemon juice and drizzle with the honey. Season with 1 tsp of salt and add pepper to taste. SErve immediately.
