Ingredients

large bunch
flat leaf parsley
coarsely chopped

red onions
peeled and sliced into thin rings

tbsp
sumac

tbsp
pomegranate molasses

tbsps
extra virgin olive oil
sea salt
Instructions
Toss all the ingredients in a bowl with your fingers to coat the parsley and onions with the pomegranate molasses and sumac.
