Bream with Cumin (6)
Ingredients

Black Bream
cleaned

g
thick plain yoghurt

tsp
cumin seeds
roasted and crushed
1
tsp
garam masala
2
plump cloves garlic
peeled and crushed
1/4
tsp
hot chilli powder
1/2
lime
juice only
crunchy salad leaves to serve
lime wedges to serve
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 220 C Fan 210 Gas 7. Cut a couple of diagonal slashes across the sides of each fish with a sharp knife.
Combine the remaining ingredients and season well with salt and pepper. Rub over and inside the fish.
Space the fish out on an oiled baking sheet and cook for about 20 minutes until browned and crisp.
Serve with the salad and a raita or pachadi.
