Chilli Vodka ( 2 x 500 ml )
Ingredients

small fresh red chillies
the smaller they are, the hotter ( usually)
4
tbsp
caster sugar
1
litre
vodka
Instructions
Sterilise 2 x 500 ml bottles. Prick the chillies all over with a pin and pop four into each bottle with 2 tbsps sugar in each.
Pour over the vodka, seal and shake gently to dissolve the sugar. Leave in the fridge for at least four weeks before using.
