Chinese Greens with Raisins and Vinegar (2)

Instructions
  1. Cut the greens into large bite sized pieces.
  2. Heat the oil in a shallow pan and gently fry the garlic until pale gold in colour. Add the balsamic vinegar and raisins.
  3. As soon as the raisins plump up add the greens. Fry for a minute until they wilt.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately as a side dish.
