Chinese Greens with Raisins and Vinegar (2)
Ingredients

lb
choy sum, pak choi or mustard greens
3
tbsps
olive oil
2
plump cloves garlic
peeled and chopped
2
tbsps
balsamic vinegar
a
handful
golden raisins
Instructions
Cut the greens into large bite sized pieces.
Heat the oil in a shallow pan and gently fry the garlic until pale gold in colour. Add the balsamic vinegar and raisins.
As soon as the raisins plump up add the greens. Fry for a minute until they wilt.
Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately as a side dish.
