Instructions
  1. Put the chilli and coriander into a small mixing bowl with the lime juice. Add the prepared nectarines. Season to taste and add the blackberries. Sweeten if needed. Set aside.
  2. Add some seasoning to the five spice powder. Lightly score the duck fat into diamonds and rub the breasts all over with the spices mixture.
  3. Cook the duck breasts by your preferred method.
  4. Serve immediately with the blackberry relish.
