Somerset Goats Cheese and Green Beans (2)

Instructions
  1. Cut each goats cheese in two horizontally and arrange in a single later on a plate. Combine the marinade ingredients and pour over the cheese. Cover with clingfilm, and leave until just before serving.
  2. Cook the beans in salted boiling water for about 5 minutes until tender then drain.
  3. Toast the walnut pieces in a dry frying pan until fragrant. Preheat the grill.
  4. Pour off a little of the marinade from the cheeses and toss in the beans. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Divide the beans between two plates.
  5. Transfer the goats cheese to a small baking tray and grill until just melted. Place on top of the beans and pour over the remaining marinade.
  6. Scatter with the walnuts to serve.
