Green Breakfast Smoothie (2)

green seedless grapes

chia seeds
Instructions
Put the avocado, banana, grapes and spinach in a blender with 400 ml water. Process until smooth and thick.
Add the chia seeds and pulse until blended. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
