Israeli Salad (6)
Instructions
  1. Halve the cucumbers lengthways and use a teaspoon to remove the seeds and watery centre. Cut the cucumbers into thin strips and then into dice.
  2. Put all the ingredients into a bowl in the order listed, leaving the lemon juice, olive oil, cinnamon and salt until just before serving.
  3. Toss together then taste and add a little more salt if needed. Serve immediately at room temperatur.
