Ingredients

beetroot,cooked and peeled
3
garlic cloves,crushed
1
cup
shelled walnuts
mayonnaise or soured cream
salt
Instructions
Grate beetroot coarsely into a salad bowl and add the garlic.
Set aside a few walnut halves. Chop the rest finely and add to the salad.
Mix together well and add enough mayonnaise to bind everything into a creamy salad.
Season with salt and decorate with the remaining walnut halves.
