Korean Dipping Sauce
Ingredients

small garlic clove
peeled and crushed

spring onion

tbsps
soy sauce
2
tbsps
distilled white vinegar
1
tbsp
sesame oil
1
tsp
sugar
1
tsp
roasted sesame seeds
1/4
tsp
Chilli powder
Instructions
Trim the spring onion and cut it crosswise into very fine rounds- you only need 1 tbsp.
Combine the garlic, 1 tbsp spring onion, soy, vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, sesame seeds and chilli powder in a small serving bowl and mix well.
