Mint and Coriander Chutney ( 1 small jar)
Ingredients

fresh mint leaves
chopped

fresh coriander leaves
chopped

green cooking apple
peeled, cored and chopped

spring onions
chopped

small green chillies
chopped

salt

tsp
caster sugar
juice of a lime

tsps
rapeseed oil
Instructions
Mix all of the ingredients together and blend in a food processor until smooth.
Transfer to a sterilised jar and keep in the fridge.
