Mushrooms with Fennel and Ginger (4)

fresh mushrooms

vegetable oil

smallish tomatoes
chopped
1/4
tsp
ground fennel seeds
1/4
tsp
ground ginger
1/4
tsp
ground turmeric
1/4
tsp
cayenne pepper
1/2
tsp
sea salt
Instructions
Wipe the mushrooms with a wet cloth and cut into 1/4 inch slices.
Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium high flame. When very hot put in the mushrooms. Stir and fry for about 2 minutes.
Add all the other ingredients then stir and cook until the tomatoes are soft.
