Mushrooms with Garlic (3)
Ingredients

mushrooms

tbsps
olive oil
3
plump cloves garlic
peeled and finely chopped
1
tbsp
fresh flat leaf parsley
finely chopped
1
tsp
fresh thyme leaves
splash of white wine
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Trim the mushrooms and wipe clean with a damp cloth.
Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan and fry the mushrooms for a couple of minutes. Season,then turn over. Fry for another couple of minutes.
Add the chopped garlic and parsley and continue to cook for another two minutes, then add the thyme sprigs and wine.
Set light to the pan with a long match and let it flambe for about 30 seconds before serving.
