Peas with Coriander and Spring Onions (4-6)

frozen peas
thawed

goundnut oil

tbsps
finely chopped fresh coriander

tbsps
finely chopped spring onions
2
tsps
finely chopped garlic

tsp
sugar
1
tsp
sea salt
1/2
tsp
pepper
2
tsps
sesame oil
Instructions
Heat a wok then add the oil. Add the defrosted peas and stir fry for 30 seconds.
Add the coriander, spring onions, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper and stir fry for 3 minutes.
Add the sesame oil and give the mixture a final stir. Serve immediately.
