Penne with Artichokes and Parmesan (2)
Ingredients

dried Penne
or similar
350
g
marinated bottled baby artichokes
2
tbsps
a little olive oil
a
handful
coarsely chopped flat leaf parsley
4
tbsps
grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to packet instructions until al dente.
Drain the artichokes of their vegetable oil and cut them in half .
Drain the pasta and toss with the artichokes, olive oil, parsley and Parmesan. Easy!
