Prawns on Pumpernickel Toast (2-4)

soft butter

small cooked prawns

good-quality mayonnaise

heaped tbsp
creme fraiche

dijon mustard

pinch
White pepper

finely chopped fresh dill

Kalix Caviar

tbsps
finely chopped fresh chives
Instructions
Toast the bread and butter generously.
Mix together all the other ingredients apart from the caviar and a tablespoon of the chives. Leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
Divide the mix between the toast and top with the caviar and the remaining chives. Serve immediately.
