chinese cabbage
blanched

fried tofu
SAUCE

fresh red chillies
deseeded

tbsps
palm sugar

roasted peanuts
coarsely ground
juice of 2 lemons

tbsps
tamarind juice
salt to taste
Instructions
First make the sauce. Pond the chillies in a pestle and mortar then combine with all the other sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Add the vegetables and toss all together before serving immediately.
