Sausage and Bean Hotpot (3)
Ingredients

plump
spicy sausages

400g tins
haricot or flageolet beans

400g tin
Butter Beans

oz jar
tomato passata
coarsely chopped flat leaf parsley

tsps
chilli paste
2
tbsps
grain mustard
1
tsp
English mustard
3
tomatoes
halved
Instructions
Fry the tomatoes until golden but not browned on each side.
Drain and rinse the beans then mix with the passatta, tomatoes and all the seasonings except the parsley. Spoon into an ovenproof casserole.
Add the sausages and bake in a preheated oven 230 C 210 Fan Gas 8 for 20-25 minutes until bubbling.
Scatter with the parsley and serve.
