Scallops with Butter (1)
Ingredients

plump scallops with corals
1
heaped tbs
butter
1
plump clove garlic
peeled & crushed
1
good pinch
freshly chopped tarragon
2
tbsps
fresh white breadcrumbs
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 220 C, 200 Fan.
Put the scallops into a small ovenproof dish with the butter, garlic, tarragon and breadcrumbs.
Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until the butter is sizzling and the breadcrumbs are golden.
Serve immediately with a green salad.
