  1. Heat oil in a non stick saucepan. Add the garlic and fry for 2-3 mins until golden.
  2. Stir in the prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes until done.
  3. Add the beans and the ham then season.
  4. Stir in the eggs and cook, stirring until lightly scrambled. Serve immediately.
