Spaghetti, Cherry Tomatoes, Olives
Instructions
  1. Squeeze the tomatoes with your hands in a large bowl to slightly mush them.
  2. Mix in the olives, garlic and vinegar
  3. Add torn basil and marjoram leaves, then stir in the olive oil.
  4. Leave to rest while you cook the pasta in salted boiling water following packet instructions until al dente.
  5. Drain the pasta and quickly toss with the tomatoes. Check seasoning and serve immediately.
