Tahini Sauce (4)
Ingredients

plump garlic cloves
peeled

tbsps
tahini paste
juice of a l;emon

tbsps
water
sea salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Crush the garlic cloves to a paste in a mortar with a good pinch of salt. Transfer to a small mixing bowl.
Whisk in the tahini and then thin with the lemon juice. Add water until you have the consistency of double cream then check seasoning.
