Watermelon, Halloumi and Mint Salad (4)

  1. Heat a chargrill pan on a medium heat and grill the halloumi slices for 2 minutes on each side.
  2. In a large bowl toss the watermelon , grilled cheese and pomegranate seeds with the olive oil and 1 tbsp of the pomegranate molasses.
  3. Transfer to a large serving dish , sprinkle with the mint leaves and drizzle with the remaining pomegranate molasses.
