black peppercorns

green cardamon pods
shelled

piece of cinnamon stick

dried lemon grass powder

tsp
ground ginger

tsp
turmeric

tsp
paprika
Instructions
Dry roast the cumin, coriander, peppercorns, cardamon seeds and cinnamon stick in a small frying pan until aromatic.
Remove from the pan and grind to a powder.
Combine with the remaining ingredients.
