Ingredients
- 2 x 200g skinless salmon fillets
- 1-2 tbsps olive oil
- 1 level tbsps caster sugar
- 1 heaped tbsps English Mustard powder

Instructions
- Put the frying pan on to heat with 1 tbsp of oil. Mix together the mustard powder and sugar on a plate.
- Just before cooking dunk the fish fillets in the mustard mix and coat each side. Cook on a medium high heat for about 3 mins on each side then serve immediately.
