Ingredients
- 6 plump spicy sausages
- 2 400g tins haricot or flageolet beans
- 1 400g tin Butter Beans
- 19 oz jar tomato passata
- coarsely chopped flat leaf parsley
- 2 tsps chilli paste
- 2 tbsps grain mustard
- 1 tsp English mustard
- 3 tomatoes halved

Instructions
- Fry the tomatoes until golden but not browned on each side.
- Drain and rinse the beans then mix with the passatta, tomatoes and all the seasonings except the parsley. Spoon into an ovenproof casserole.
- Add the sausages and bake in a preheated oven 230 C 210 Fan Gas 8 for 20-25 minutes until bubbling.
- Scatter with the parsley and serve.
