  1. Preheat the oven to 220 C, 200 Fan.
  2. Put the scallops into a small ovenproof dish with the butter, garlic, tarragon and breadcrumbs.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until the butter is sizzling and the breadcrumbs are golden.
  4. Serve immediately with a green salad.
