Ingredients
- 5 plump scallops with corals
- 1 heaped tbs butter
- 1 plump clove garlic peeled & crushed
- 1 good pinch freshly chopped tarragon
- 2 tbsps fresh white breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220 C, 200 Fan.
- Put the scallops into a small ovenproof dish with the butter, garlic, tarragon and breadcrumbs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until the butter is sizzling and the breadcrumbs are golden.
- Serve immediately with a green salad.
