Ingredients
- 300 g mixed cherry tomatoes halved
- Handful of black olives stoned
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic peeled & finely chopped
- Small bunch basil leaves picked
- Small bunch marjoram leaves picked
- 5 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 200 g spaghetti
- sea salt and black pepper

Instructions
- Squeeze the tomatoes with your hands in a large bowl to slightly mush them.
- Mix in the olives, garlic and vinegar
- Add torn basil and marjoram leaves, then stir in the olive oil.
- Leave to rest while you cook the pasta in salted boiling water following packet instructions until al dente.
- Drain the pasta and quickly toss with the tomatoes. Check seasoning and serve immediately.
